Empowering Arms - Hurricane Harvey

This week marks the peak of the hurricane season for our hemisphere.  As we send thoughts and prayers to our countrymen in Guam and the mid-Atlantic states as they experience the first major storms of this season with Typhoon Mangkhut and Hurricane Florence, we remember how Houston’s veteran community came together in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in service to the Greater Houston Community.
This video, produced by KHOU and sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), captures our stories through interviews with Combined ArmsTeam RubiconLone Star Veterans Association and Travis Manion Foundation.
